Having held positions in the legal, medical, and business fields, Helicia can tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. She can interact directly with potential and existing clients and has increased customer satisfaction ratings in several offices.
Helicia graduated from Athens Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science specializing in Paralegal Studies. During her college years, she served as a Student Ambassador for the College, as well as the President of the Paralegal Association. She also was a volunteer at Mercy Clinic, a clinic that provides free medical, pharmacy, and health education to the uninsured in the local surrounding counties.
